my everyday morning routine – the ritual that changed everything

There’s something magical about mornings when you actually take the time to enjoy them. No rushing, no stress – just you and the quiet before the day begins. Here’s how I start my mornings.


wake up & hydrate
The first thing I do every single morning is drink a glass of warm water with lemon, a pinch of salt and a small amount of olive oil. I know it sounds unusual but the results speak for themselves – my skin has never looked better and it gets my metabolism going instantly. Don’t knock it until you try it.


cleanse & refresh
Before anything else I wash my face and brush my teeth. Washing away the bacteria from the night immediately makes me feel fresh and ready. Simple, effective and non-negotiable.


movement
Every morning I do 20 minutes of Pilates at home. Every other day I step on my vibration plate to get my lymphatic drainage going. This combination has been a complete game changer for my body and energy levels. You don’t need a gym – you just need consistency.

the ritual – coffee & journaling
This is my favorite part of the morning. I make my coffee with coconut milk, sit down and journal, pray and plan my day. This quiet moment of intention sets the tone for everything that follows. No phone, no distractions – just me and my thoughts.

hair & getting dressed
I take a few minutes to care for and brush my hair – something so small but it makes me feel put together. Then comes the best part: choosing an outfit from my capsule wardrobe. Getting dressed intentionally sets the tone for the whole day.

A morning routine is more than just a series of habits. It is an act of self respect. When you show up for yourself every single morning – with movement, intention and care – something shifts. You become more confident, more grounded and more motivated to take on whatever the day brings. A strong morning doesn’t just change your mornings. It changes you.
